1. Who we are
This site is operated by signaturelogo.co. For anything privacy-related — access, deletion, or a question about this statement — write to info@signaturelogo.co and we will respond within 30 days.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG).
2. Your signature stays on your device
The signature generator and every product tool (email signature, monogram, watermark, PDF signing, and the rest) run entirely in your browser. The name you type, the strokes you draw, the AI handwriting model, and any file you open in a tool are processed locally on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.
Tool preferences (such as a recently used style) may be kept in your browser’s local storage so the studio remembers your setup. That data stays in your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
3. What we do collect
Contact and commission forms. If you write to us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, and message. We use it solely to reply and handle your request. Form delivery is handled by Resend (email infrastructure); messages arrive in our mailbox and are kept only as long as the correspondence requires.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to serve the site securely and reliably. Blog images are delivered via Cloudflare’s content network. These providers act as processors on our behalf.
4. Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. When measurement is active, it runs behind a consent banner using Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept, and declining keeps the site fully usable. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies.
5. Legal bases
We rely on your consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)), and the performance of your request when you contact or commission us (Art. 6(1)(b)).
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Since signatures never reach us, there is nothing for us to delete on that front: closing the tab removes what your browser held.
7. Changes
If our data practices change, we will update this page and adjust the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
