1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by signaturelogo.co. “We” and “us” mean signaturelogo.co; “you” means anyone using it. Reach us at info@signaturelogo.co.
2. The signature you make is yours
We claim no ownership of anything you create here. The signatures, monograms, watermarks, cards and files you produce are yours, to use for any purpose — personal or commercial — with no attribution and no licence fee.
We can make that promise because your work never reaches us. Every tool runs in your browser: the name you type, the strokes you draw, and any file you open are processed on your device and are never uploaded. See the privacy statement for the detail.
3. The typefaces
The calligraphy hands in the studio are open-source fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License. That licence covers the fonts themselves, not your signature — an image or vector you export is yours to use freely. If you want to redistribute a font file itself, get it from its original source and follow its licence.
4. Use it sensibly
A signature carries weight. Do not use the studio to reproduce someone else’s signature without their permission, to impersonate a person or an organisation, or to create anything intended to deceive — a forged authorisation, a fake endorsement, a document someone did not agree to sign. Doing so is likely illegal where you live, and it is squarely against these terms.
Also: don’t attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volume, or use it to distribute malware.
5. What we don’t guarantee
The studio is provided as it is, free of charge, with no warranty. We don’t promise it will always be available, that every tool will work in every browser, or that an exported file will suit a particular purpose.
In particular: we make no representation about the legal validity of any signature you create. Whether a signature is binding on a given document, in a given jurisdiction, is a question for you — and for a lawyer, if it matters. Signing a PDF here produces an image on a page, not a cryptographic or qualified electronic signature.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the studio.
6. Links and third parties
Some pages link elsewhere. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the studio after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of establishment. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
